Processing Time
All custom unit orders are processed within 15–21 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During high-order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Allow extra time for delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. Please note, Faye Hair is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered.”
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe something is missing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Faye Hair is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
